From a message to a booked job
Six steps, none of which need anybody on your side to open an app.
A customer messages your number
The same number on your website, your listings and your signage. Nothing for them to install and nothing to learn.
They pick a language, once
23 to choose from, Arabic and Urdu included. The whole conversation follows, including how dates and times are written.
The bot asks what your trade needs to know
Not a generic script. A brokerage asks area and budget; a contractor asks project value and start date. Different answers lead to different questions.
They can interrupt at any point
Ask about fees halfway through and it answers, then carries on from exactly where it was. Ask for a person and it fetches one immediately, with everything they already said attached.
A scored lead reaches the right person
On their own WhatsApp, in seconds, formatted to act on from a lock screen. Hot leads go to whoever handles them; the rest go to the general desk.
Reminders do the rest
For anything booked, a message at 72, 24 and 2 hours out. This is the part that pays for the retainer.
Where the AI is, and is not
In setup, yes
An AI reads what we tell it about your business and drafts the conversation: the questions, the answers, where each one leads. It saves days of configuration.
In front of your customer, never
We read every line it wrote and approve it before anything goes live. By the time a customer sees it, it is a fixed script. No model composes a reply to a real person.
Why we are strict about it
Meta banned general-purpose AI chatbots on WhatsApp in January 2026. Structured business flows are explicitly still allowed. Staying on the right side of that line protects your number, not just ours.
