Your number stays yours
You keep your own WhatsApp Business account and pay Meta directly, at
their published rates, with nothing added by us. If you ever leave, you
take your number and your history with you. Plenty of platforms resell
those messages at a markup and keep the account in their name, which
quietly makes leaving expensive.
No model is talking to your customers
The conversation is written, reviewed and deterministic, so it cannot
invent a price or promise something you do not sell. We use AI where it
belongs, helping draft a conversation before it goes live, and never in
the message path. Meta bans general-purpose AI assistants on this
platform from January 2026; we were never going to do it anyway.
The law is part of the product
Where you sell decides which rules apply, so the engine applies them
rather than leaving it to you: your working week, quiet hours in your
customer's timezone, and the difference between replying to an enquiry
and marketing to that person. We would rather refuse to send a message
than have you explain one to a regulator.
