Most platforms sell you a blank canvas
They give you a flow builder and leave you to design the conversation yourself. That is the work. Here it is already done for your trade, and you adjust it.
| Typical platform | Radd | |
|---|---|---|
| Industry conversations | Build your own from a blank canvas | 13 ready, in 23 languages |
| Where leads go | A dashboard | Your salesperson’s WhatsApp, in seconds |
| Lead scoring | AI guess, varies run to run | Fixed rules you can read and tune |
| Message pricing | Resold at a markup | You pay Meta direct, nothing added |
| Team seats | Often capped | No cap |
| Setup and onboarding | Sold as a paid add-on | Included |
| Your working week | One global default | Set from your country, prayer times included |
| Quiet hours | Send whenever the job fires | Your customer’s local 8am-9pm, enforced |
| Which privacy law applies | One policy for everyone | PDPL, GDPR, TCPA, LGPD, applied per country |
| Your catalogue | Re-uploaded and going stale | Read live from your shop, never copied |
| If the customer goes off-script | Loses its place or gives up | Answers, then resumes where it was |
Where we are genuinely weaker
Worth knowing before you buy, and you would find out anyway.
No shared team inbox yet
If you want several agents working one queue inside a web app, the big platforms do that today and we do not. Handoff sends the full context to a person’s own WhatsApp instead, which suits smaller teams better and larger ones worse.
No drag-and-drop flow builder
You edit the conversation in a form and see it as a diagram. There is no canvas to drag boxes around on. For most clients this never comes up, but if building flows yourself is the point for you, buy a flow builder.
We are small
You are buying a service from a small team, not a platform with a support desk in three time zones. That is why onboarding is included rather than sold.
Judge it yourself
The demo is the real conversation library, not a mock-up. Pick your trade and see.
